This adult oriented, quiet cabin is nestled against the mountains to the east of Main Street just north of Bob's Bar in downtown Neihart and just 5 miles from Showdown. There are 2 full bedrooms with queen beds. High speed WiFi internet and a 65”smart TV will keep you connected to the world if you wish, or unplug and watch the stars from the saltwater hot tub. Full kitchen and a BBQ grill for all of your dining needs. The space is updated but still has the feel of a 1900s miners cabin. Just 5 miles to showdown and walking distance to Bobs bar, you’re away from it all enough to have peace and quiet but still close enough to walk down for a cold beer. The cabin is very comfortable and is modernized in many ways. However, it is still an old miner's cabin with its quirks and uniqueness and may not be the place for you if you're looking for a Big Sky Condo type experience. The front porch is massive and is equipped with a hot tub, a patio table, a BBQ grill and a fireplace. The interior is designed for quiet comfort with overstuffed leather furniture and memory foam mattresses. The propane fireplace is sure to keep you warm and cozy on the cold winter nights. We are available by phone, text, or email. While this is a cabin, it is nestled amongst other homes in town. Neihart was a mining town and the way the homes are laid out still shows the character of the old gold rush days. The neighbors are close but everyone is quiet and all of the homes around us are only occupied part time so there is a good chance you’ll be the only ones around. Bobs bar is just a few hundred yards up the road and is an easy walk for dinner or drinks. Drive, walk, bike, snowmobile, dirt bike, side by side. Please be respectful of the cabin and our neighbors. You’re probably attracted to Neihart for the peace and quiet, so we want to keep it that way. This is not a cabin for parties or big events, we want to share our home with those who will be respectful of it and in return we will make sure you have a wonderfully comfortable and enjoyable stay. Even though this is a cozy getaway, it still is a rustic cabin.
