Please no high maintenance guests who don't practice Aloha! The Palms at Wailea is a peaceful complex perfect for your Maui vacation. The condo has everything you will need for your stay with a host who lives locally in the Wailea area if ever needed. This space is unique because of its location, and views of the ocean, sunset, and west maui mountains. Pool area available on site. Two beach chairs available. I live in the Wailea area, and am able to help out however needed. I am also happy to provide recommendations for restaurants, beaches, and various tour excursions. Renting a car is recommended. The shops of Wailea has a small grocery store which is about a 15 minute walk from the condo. The A/C is only in the master bedroom, not throughout condo. The second bedroom is separated by sliding louvered doors This is a family owned and run vacation rental. Not a resort or prop mgmt company. Treat everything with respect. NO PETS ALLOWED.
