Aloha! We are Keone and Yonnell Farias. We were both born and raised here on this wonderful island. We welcome you to our beautiful new home and would be happy to share with you our favorite places. Located in a quiet neighborhood of Waiakea Uka, we are a short 10 minute ride from the airport, 35 minutes to the Volcano, and just a few minutes from local grocery stores and eateries! The space A new home built four years ago. There are three bedrooms and two full baths. The Master Suite/Bathroom is separated by the living room and kitchen area. Garage is enclosed. There is a Front and Back yard. Please note, a portion of the back yard (behind the lawn chairs) is roped off and shared with the owners in order to access their fruit trees and chickens without having to interact with guest. Guest access Our house is your home away from home. Other things to note There is a Outdoor Gas BBQ Grill on property. To help keep the cleaning fee down & to be fair to guest who do not use the grill, there is an extra $25 charge to be left at check-out ONLY if the grill is used.
