The condo complex has 24-hour security and each unit has 1 designated parking spot. Guest access Guests will have access to the condo via a keypad lock with the code that will be emailed to your in the welcome letter before your stay. We will provide a gate code or electronic key to enter the condo parking lot. Guests will also have access to one parking spot which is assigned to the condo have access to the shared condo pool, bbq area (at pool) and tennis courts. Very accesible walking trails, a great beach a quick 7-10 minute walk away or 1-2 minute by car, which has snorkeling and surfing options, . The shops, lobby and restaurants and bars at the adjoining Ritz-Carlton Turtle Bay Resort are welcome to all condo guests. There are several restaurants nearby at the Ritz-Carlton Turtle Bay Resort (within a 5 minute walk) that welcome everybody including Lei Leis (on Golf Course), Roy's Restaurant (on the beach), Several new restaurants inside the Ritz-CarltonTurtle Bay Hotel and Hang Ten Bar (poolside) and the Lobby Lounge Coffee Shop (Also inside the hotel).
