For your convenience, a washer and dryer are discreetly tucked away in the unit. (Warm-water washes only in order to ensure the best possible cleaning and sanitization). The condo complex has 24-hour security and each unit has 1 designated parking spot. As you step onto the private lanai, indulge in the tropical views overlooking the lush Turtle Bay golf course, offering a tranquil backdrop for your morning coffee or evening relaxation. When you're ready for a break from the ocean, retreat to the condo complex's pool and BBQ area for a relaxing dip or a delicious grilled meal. If you're feeling active, challenge your companions to a friendly match of tennis or pickleball on the available courts. Guests will have access to the condo via a keypad lock with the code that will be emailed to your in the welcome letter before your stay. We will provide a gate code or electronic key to enter the condo parking lot. Guests will also have access to one parking spot which is assigned to the condo have access to the shared condo pool, bbq area (at pool) and tennis courts. Very accesible walking trails, a great beach a quick 7-10 minute walk away or 1-2 minute by car, which has snorkeling and surfing options, . The shops, lobby and restaurants and bars at the adjoining Turtle Bay Resort are welcome to all condo guests. There are several restaurants nearby at Turtle Bay Resort (within a 5 minute walk) that welcome everybody including Lei Leis (on Golf Course), Roy's Restaurant (on the beach), Several new restaurants inside Turtle Bay Hotel and Hang Ten Bar (poolside) and the Lobby Lounge Coffee Shop (Also inside Turtle Bay hotel). We will send you all the information needed including: confirmation of dates and payment, directions to the condo, house rules, and contact information. We also have a house manager who lives on the island just a few miles down the road that can assist in an emergency. Aloha! What I love about The North Shore is the green, lush beauty that is just iconic Hawaii and the outdoor activities available near the condo. There is great surfing right in front of the hotel off the point (in front of the hotel pool), there are great hiking and mountain biking trails, horseback riding, golfing on 2 PGA golf courses, there is good snorkeling at Kuilima cove from the beach to the east of the hotel, and there are a lot of options in restaurants and bars at the Turtle Bay Hotel. Most people who come and stay at the Kuilima condos rent a car in Honolulu and drive up to the north shore. This is what I recommend honestly because it is the best way to truly explore the north shore beaches, Haleiwa town, the Dole Pineapple plantation and all of the other tourist attractions on the north shore. There is 1 free parking spot reserved for the condo unit. There is also a great bus system simply called "The Bus" on the island which travels all the way around the island at regular intervals. This is a circle island bus which costs about $2.50 each way. The bus can get you anywhere you need but The Bus is on "island time" and it can take 3-4 hours to travel around the entire island. Renting a car will give you the best mobility and will allow you to explore more efficiently. There are also scooter and bike rentals at the Turtle Bay Hotel if you are interested.
