Beach gear includes 2 coolers, 6 beach chairs, beach towels, 2 boogie boards, 2 umbrellas, and sand toys. Maui Condo and Home is my property manager. Guest must register at the office to receive a parking pass. *AC NOTE* This unit is cooled by older technology that is expensive to operate and isn't very effective. I no longer advertise this property as "air conditioned". 1 new 24K BTU window AC unit in living room supplemented with 4 ceiling and 3 standing fans. If you require 70 degree daytime indoor temperatures, I suggest looking for a central air rental.
