A very short walk to Gloucester's two best beaches, Good Harbor & Long Beach, our Beach Haven has breathtaking views from the living room & spectacular roof deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee or dinner & cocktails while breathing the sea air & watching the waves over Salt Island. Relax, refresh, and entertain at the house or head to the beach. Afterward, the roof-top shower lets you gaze at the clouds & feel the ocean breeze! This vacation offers quintessential comfort. The space Beach Haven is a bright and cozy but spacious 3 bedroom house with all the comforts of home. A fully-appointed, newly-renovated kitchen opens to a breakfast/dining "nook" on one side, and a sunny, ocean-facing living room on the other. The bedrooms are quiet & comfortable, each with a super-comfy queen bed. The entire first floor has just been fully renovated from the studs out...including all new walls, floors and open-rafter ceiling. A luxury bathroom with Italian tiling is waiting the resident of the first floor bedroom. New laundry & extra seating area/space is also available. Upstairs has 2 breezy bedrooms with another full bath, fully-stocked linens, Wi-Fi providing internet TV, A/C, and windows galore which complement the beach vibe of the house and neighborhood. The large living room picture window looks out on Salt Island and the north end of Good Harbor Beach. We've got all the usual stuff for your convenience: Well-equipped kitchen, coffee maker, blender, ironing stuff, grilling stuff, microwave, garbage disposal, blow dryer, vacuum, etc. The rooftop deck at our Beach Haven is a respite from the hustle and bustle of life...calm and private, with the ocean breeze as your soundtrack. Comfortable lounge chairs are great for reading & napping while our canopied dining area can seat up to 8 people for dinner. But the showstopper is always the outdoor shower! Combined with the salt-air and clear sky...it becomes a spa experience unlike any other. (NOTE: We LOVE dogs but unfortunately have family allergies so aren't able to accommodate shedders. We are open to doodle mixes, poodles, and other non-shedding breeds.) Guest access The house can accommodate at least three cars in the driveway. Walking around the neighborhood is safe and friendly. No need to deal with traffic or pricey lots! Other things to note Additional note: We LOVE dogs but unfortunately have family allergies so aren't able to accommodate shedders.
