A stay in our cozy retreat here in Salem Willows will make you feel as though you've stepped back into a simpler more peaceful time. Juniper Beach is steps away across the street where beautiful sunrises can be viewed! The Willows Park is just at the end of the street where you can stroll, take in the ocean breezes and watch amazing sunsets! We are only 2 miles outside of Salem's downtown, close enough to walk, just far enough away for some peace and quiet. Come visit! The space Welcome to our neighborhood! Cozy one bedroom apartment downstairs in our Salem Willows home. We live adjacent to picturesque Salem Willows Park. Its a wonderful place to stroll and view a sunset! Get some popcorn, ice cream or something from the grill at world famous Hobb's (The best ever!), Open April to Nov. There's lots of waterfront activity to view from Willows pier as well. Our walk in basement apartment features a comfortable open living room/ kitchen area with TV, (digital antenna) and wi-fi. Kitchen has stove, under the counter fridge, microwave, toaster and of course a coffeepot. The bath is newly remodeled and bedroom has comfortable queen sized bed. Nice private space for 2 people. We are only a 5 minute drive to downtown where Peabody-Essex Museum is located as well as Witch Museum, House of Seven Gables and some great architecture in Historic District. There's lots of history here. There are many great restaurants and independent shops.(We can supply you with a list of recommendations) Salem is also convenient to Boston as there is ferry service (in summertime) and its only a 30 minute train ride to Boston. Take a ride up the "Gold Coast" on scenic 127 and discover some picturesque smaller coastal towns or just shop, dine and explore our fair city. ( And of course, there's "Haunted Happenings"! ) We've lived in Salem Willows for 39 years and we raised our family here. We think its a special place. Over the years we have put a lot of love and hard work into our seaside home and want to share a part of it with you! We look forward to your visit! Welcome! Guest access Our apartment has its own private entrance. The door has a key code entrance which we give to the guests a few days before arrival. The kitchen, bedroom and living rooms are completely private, secure and separate from our living space. Other things to note Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check out is by 11:00 AM
