This incredible suite is steps to the beach, restaurants and dining, & great views. You’ll love this place because of the ambiance, neighbourhood, outdoor space, light, etc. Designer custom oceanfront suite, over $200k done in renovations. Spectacular views from all vantage points within the unit, facing the famous Waikiki Beach. Centrally located. Find limited time special deals. See also our other new custom renovated direct oceanfront suite in the same building. The suite includes a fully equipped gourmet kitchen (oven, stove, microwave, etc) in the suite. There is also 1 king bed in bedroom 1, 2 double beds in the second bedroom, and a queen sized Sealy Posturpedic wall bed in the living room. The suite in addition includes free telephone to US and Canada, free high-speed wifi, in-room no charge washer and dryer, cooler, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, beach towels, body board, Play Station (PS4) with freely accessible games, etc, that guests are welcome to use, playpen (with sleeper, lights, soothing vibrations) and high chair (with various adjustable positions) for children up to 24 months old, 24 hour security, and is of course directly across from the world-famous Waikiki Beach. The direct ocean view can be enjoyed from a large lanai and a custom renovated unit (over $200 k in reno including brand new kitchen, high end furniture, new beds, tvs etc). The upper pool deck/hot tub as well as BBQs and cabanas are temporarily under renovation. If renovation is still occurring during your stay then we can offer you access to a pool and hot tub at another resort. Other amenities located on the 4th floor lower sun deck will remain open, including the state-of-the-art fitness room, yoga room, billiards table, additional private showers, couches and terrace, and the Aloha Lounge. Guests can always contact the owner or property manager if there is need for any assistance. Waikiki Beach is right in front of the building and you are steps away from dining, attractions, and public transit. There is free parking available, but not necessary as the building is centrally located to be able to walk or take public transit to many attractions, dining, and shopping. And the suite is directly across from the world-famous Waikiki Beach. Please rest assured that we are abiding by all regulations for short-term rentals. Worry-free Booking- To ease the stress of travelling when within the non-refundable period, if you are unable to come to the suite, we are willing to forgo our usual booking policy and allow you to get a travel credit of what gets rebooked (up to your original payment amount) over your original dates (minus a $150 administrative fee plus tax) for travel within 1 year. Trip insurance is not mandatory but is suggested for our guests. Please also note that access to building amenities are subject to availability by the building management and owner is not responsible if it is closed. Use of amenities and potential injury is at the risk of guests. Guests are expected to keep the place in good condition and are responsible for damage and loss caused by them. Loss or damage of a key is $150 plus tax. Fee is subject to change without notice. If furniture is rearranged and not returned back in place it is a cost of $100 plus tax. Fee is subject to change without notice. Smoking is not permitted in the building, suite, or lanai. If found to be smoking, the fee is $850 plus tax. Fee is subject to change without notice. Guests must also be respectful of other guests in the building (i.e. noise level). Please note that the building and suite are smoke-free and pet-free. Taxes are set by the State of Hawaii and the City and County of Honolulu. The tax is currently set at 17.962% of the base rate and cleaning fee (4.712% general excise tax, 10.25% state transient accommodation tax, and 3% Oahu transient accommodation tax), subject to change by the State or County. Please note regular check-in is between 4-9 pm. Any check-in between 9 pm to midnight is considered late check-in with a fee of $25 plus tax, and after midnight is a fee of $50 plus tax, paid to the property manager directly as they would need to make special arrangements. Arrival, departure, guest details, and other pertinent details are required prior to check-in, and guests must comply with any reasonable requests for information pertinent to the stay by the host or property manager. This includes providing ID and credit card at check-in. Please note that the number of guests includes infants, and any guests above 8 guests must be approved and may be an additional charge. Note: Beware of any reference to this property on Craig's List or Backpage as we DO NOT advertise there. Guests agree to abide by the local and federal requirements of any efforts to reduce the spread of COVID-19, including, but not limited to, observing any applicable quarantine or social distancing guidelines or rules. The guest agrees to fully compensate the owner of this property for any and all penalties incurred in the event the guest is found to be in breach of said guidelines and rules.
