The third bedroom is furnished with (2) queen beds. T fourth bedroom has two TwinXL beds that can also be combined into a King with gel topper. The airy open concept main floor includes kitchen, dining area, great room, and large lanai with outdoor kitchen. The dining room table will comfortably accommodate 8 people plus another 6 at the lanai outdoor table, or 3 at the expansive kitchen island. The large couch and chair in the great room are perfect for relaxing after a long day of fun in the sun! The great room is perfect for relaxing, playing games, listening to music on the soundbar, watch the game, or relax with a movie.  The main floor lanai, equipped with BBQ, outdoor living room, and dining area is a perfect place to enjoy throughout the day. Each lanai is tastefully furnished for your comfort and enjoyment. Excellent snorkeling in calm waters!  A short drive away are six (6) of the most spectacular beaches in Hawaii including Beach 69, Hapuna beach and the breath-taking Mauna Kea beach.  The Kohala Coast is a golfer's paradise with seven (7) challenging courses all within 7 miles of our villa.  Minutes down the street is the Shops at Mauna Lani where you can find a super market, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings.  Slice of Paradise Villa is within the Mauna Lani resort, close to both Auberge and Fairmont Hotels. Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. Guests are reminded to keep lanai/patio doors closed especially at night. If our guest spots more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
