All our guest rooms were designed with relaxing & laid back beach life in mind. Your Queen room is located on the 2nd floor of our 14 room Inn & has it's own private bath. We are just 1 blk to the OCNJ beach so you can enjoy the ocean breezes on our awning covered porch. Your stay also comes with Daily Maid service, WiFi, complimentary beach tags, free parking, & coffee, tea & pound cake in the AM. Our restored 1950's Inn has custom details & retro touches plus all the modern conveniences. The space Your accomodations are part of our boutique sized inn, the Zenneth Manor. Our historic 1950's inn was renovated and thoughtfully restored in 2015. We offer casual beach living updated with sustainable practices: ecofriendly toiletries, water saving practices and over 40 Solar Panels. We are now the perfect mix of mid-century retro paired with casual modern touches. Your queen room also has it's own petite private bath, flat screen TV, mini refrigerator and small work or dining area. Your stay comes complete with daily maid service, morning coffee, tea and pastries, as well as complimentary beach tags during the season. Guest access You have access to all common guest areas including our lobby, our second floor sun deck, an area at the back of the Main House to rinse the sand off your feet & a our old fashioned clothes line to hang any beach towels or swim suits. And of course, you are invited to enjoy our awning covered front porch. Parking is onsite as well. Other things to note Your room is located on the second floor which is accessed by stairs only. Also we do not have a public restroom or changing area. While we are indeed a family and child friendly inn, our Queen room is reserved for single or couple occupancy only.
