Small children need to be supervised on the property at all times. The guests will be able to by default access the entire property except the garage where all the home supplies will be stored. There will be plenty of space to park 2 cars outside in the driveway and store any adventure sport equipment in the lanai in the back or behind the backyard access gates if needed. If you absolutely need the garage access, please request it and we’d be happy to review your request. We will primarily communicate via the app or phone. A local property manager is available in case of any major issues guests may face to resolve them promptly or for any emergencies. Safeway, Walmart, Target, Starbucks and many more amenities are within a 4 mile radius, Costco is approximately 8 miles away and Kona airport is around 11 miles. A rental car is definitely recommended. Uber service is also available for those who won't want to rent.
