Sudbury, MA - sweet bed and bath in private home

Lovely small (8.4' x 12') private guest bedroom and private bath on lower floor of quiet contemporary home in historic Sudbury on a dead end street. There is a den adjacent to the room with leather couch , TV and small fridge that guests are welcome to use. Note: my music equipment is stored there. Near historic Concord, Walden Pond, and much more. Only 40 minutes from Boston. Logan Airport is about a 45 minute ride. Must have car to get around. Some great restaurants nearby. The space Lots of windows and light. Surrounded by trees and conservation land. Great hiking trails nearby. Happy to provide coffee or tea. A light breakfast for an extra fee. Use of kitchen and laundry is possible upon request. Guest access Front door opens to steps that go down to guest bed and bath During your stay please be vaccinated for COVID. sorry no pets Happy to go over local travel destinations if you like. Other things to note Walden Pond is a bike ride away!
