Description

My place has everything you need for a comfortable, easy stay in Cambridge: a keyless entry to a completely separate studio space allows you to arrive anytime after 3, so no worries if you arrive on the late side. You''ll find a queen sized bed, microwave/fridge/coffeemaker, streaming TV, comfortable arm chair and a desk chair for when you're working. We're walking distance from Kendal, Central, and Harvard Squares. On street parking in our neighborhood using our visitor pass, upon request. The space Your room has a private entrance, and an updated bathroom that is all yours. Our large, freshly painted room is set up as a studio, with a queen size bed, table and chairs, comfortable arm chair, cable TV and WiFi. You have a fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker with coffee sugar and half and half provided, and an electric kettle with an assortment of teas; think hotel room with a couple of extras, not a full kitchen. Loads of clean towels and bed linens provided. Guest access You can come and go at your convenience, using the keyless entry which is set to a code unique for you. Although we are in the main part of the house, we usually don't hear our guests, so arriving late or leaving very early because of travel schedules is not a problem! You have exclusive access to your room and bath. Other things to note as of July 1, 2019, both Massachusetts and the City of Cambridge are imposing a room rental tax on short term rentals such as AirBnB. AirBnB collects that tax from guests along with the room fee; you'll see it as a Service Fee. Registration Details C0056470491
