Don't be surprised if people walking/running in either direction stop and to say hi. The back patio is semi private, including outdoor dining furniture and a charcoal grill. Enjoy the Cape Cod tradition of an outdoor shower, which is located in the back of the house. The property has a flat back yard that is ideal for various lawn games or for children to play. At night, you can escape the bugs by sitting on the screened in porch off the kitchen and living room. The door in the kitchen goes into the basement and the staircase is really steep. Although the latch keeps the door closed, it would be best to avoid going down there. We are always available to help guests with recommendations for on the Cape. Summer's Off Beach House is located on a corner lot bordering Arden Road which is a semi private sand road. We have an extra large backyard with plenty of space for whatever lawn games or bbq plans you may have. There is a nice mix of residents, rentals and summer homes in the area. Many of the residents near the property have been there for over 20 years. You literally can park your car when you arrive and not drive again until it is time to go home. Summer's Off Beach House is only a five minute walk south to Inman or Sea St. Beach (which are free) or north to the main strip of Dennisport, which contains a coffee shop/bakery, brew pub, ice cream shop, library, playground and more. There are several restaurants that are within walking distance on Lower County Road or Rt. 28. Please remember to bring bed sheets, bath towels, and pillow cases.
