This 3 Bedroom home has a large kitchen/dining room/living room space with fantastic landscape/ocean view. There are 2 other studios and 1 small ohana cottage on site, all with privacy. *Please review pictures: Only 10 mins to Hilo, 45' to Volcano National Park! The property here has plenty of beautiful plants and trees. There is no risk here from any of the active south island volcanoes. The space Enjoy this 3 bedroom home! Includes spacious and open kitchen with sweeping views of Hilo Bay. Huge living room and 3 bedrooms with 2 private bathrooms and 3 showers. The two ocean-view bedrooms with king beds, access the living room through either another bedroom or by the outside covered deck. *Our Sunrise Studio Airbnb is next door and the laundry area is shared for all residents and guests staying here. *Please note the house is in the "country", so there are a few more bugs in the area. We strive to keep the house very clean. Keeping the doors open for the breeze is recommended during hot days, but do close them around 5 to avoid mosquitos and definitely by dark. *Close to Onomea Scenic Route, Akaka Falls, Hawaii Tropical Botanical Gardens *19 minutes to Hilo Airport., 10 to 15 minutes to downtown Hilo. *Licensed Massage Therapist may be available to come to home for session. Guest access -Shared laundry area -Private front porch with a view. -Shared Parking area Other things to note The road to the home (Puumoi) is a rough, broken asphalt and gravel drive. It does not require 4 wheel drive and low clearance vehicles are fine. The road does have a few intentional 'speed bumps' that help divert rain water off the road, so please go slow, the speed limit is 10mph. The hills in our driveway are all paved.
