Additional Description: Effective May 17, 2024, through June 2, 2026, Papakea Resort will undertake an extensive plumbing project. Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, unless authorized for weekend work. Contractors may be present on the property to commence preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM. Non-working holidays are already included in the schedule. To minimize disruption, any excessively loud work will not commence before 10:00 AM. Dates are subject to change. Not all units will be affected at the same time. Papakea B403 is a three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo with excellent views of the Pacific. The fully equipped and updated kitchen features beautiful cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and granite counter tops. A split air conditioning system provides cold air to all rooms! The master bedroom has a King size bed. The second bedrooms offers a Queen size bed and the loft bedroom has two Twin beds and an en-suite bathroom (a unique floor plan featuring three bathrooms!) The living room has a spacious sleeper sofa and a flat screen TV. Entertainment includes free cable and WiFi. All bathrooms have been beautifully remodeled and feature walk-in showers. The condo also includes a washer and dryer. It is stocked well with beach towels, beach chairs cooler and more! Papakea Resort is located at North Ka'aanapli Beach and features 11 acres of lush landscaped grounds, fresh water koi ponds, 2 salt water swimming pools, 2 large jacuzzi's, 12 gas BBQ's, 2 putting greens, 2 shuffleboard courts and 3 lit tennis courts, complimentary concierge services and a 24 hour front desk with plenty of open parking. The resort is located within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Each evening, tiki torches light up the property for an exquisite Hawaiian tropical ambiance. There is a sandy beach just steps from the condo. Enjoy swimming, snorkeling, turtle spotting, boogie boarding, paddle boarding, and whale watching (during whale season) from this ultimate Maui property. Our on-island team also provides: Dish soap, laundry soap and dryer sheets, in addition to a complimentary set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap. Complimentary concierge is available to all our guests. *Papakea charges a $17/day facility fee for your first 10 consecutive days in a 30-day period. The fee includes a parking permit, Wifi throughout the resort, cable and local calls during your stay. Additional vehicles are $5 a day. Standard Cancellation Policy: To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in. If guest cancels between 7 and 30 days before check-in, they will owe 50% for all nights. If guest cancels less than 7 days before check-in, they will owe 100% for all nights.
