MAUI SANDS SEASIDE IS A SMALL COMPLEX WITH LESS DENSITY FOR THOSE WHO WISH TO BE AWAY FROM LARGE CROWDS. THIS IS A GREAT LOCATION, NESTLED BETWEEN KA'ANAPALI AND KAPALUA ON THE WEST SIDE OF MAUI. THIS IS THE PERFECT LOCATION TO EXPERIENCE "OLD HAWAII!" Come and relax in this well equipped one bedroom and one bath ground floor unit. Walk right out from your door to the observatory deck or get comfortable in one of the lounge chairs right in front of the ocean! Fall asleep to the sounds of the waves, and take in all natural beauty of the tropical landscape that will surround you. Maui Sands Seaside is a little gem that still provides "Old Hawaii" charm. Conveniently located in West Maui, you are close to many beaches, restaurants, and shopping. The unit itself provides a tranquil garden view, with the ocean just steps away. You will find a fully functional kitchen, a large flat screen TV in the living area, and a queen size bed with plenty of room for your belongings. To help with cooling during the summer months, there are ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living room, along with a wall air conditioning unit in the living room only. Other features include an en suite washer/dryer, WiFi, basic cable and one parking space. Onsite facilities include a BBQ area, Sundeck, and Oceanside lounge chairs. This property does not have direct ocean access. However you can access the ocean by using the beach park that's block away. A starter set of kitchen supplies (dish soap, dishwasher soap, a sponge, 1 roll of paper towels) and bath amenities (1 oz. size of shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap bar) are left for guest use. Once these items are depleted, it is up to the guest to purchase more. You may find some in the unit, but we do not provide washing machine detergent. Guest access Our guests' are welcome to anything in the unit that is not in a locked closet or cabinet. Other things to note Please note that this complex does not have access to a pool. But, you can access the ocean by using the ocean steps located at the neighboring property. The side walk is located by the parking lot between buildings 2 and 3. Or you have the Honokowai Beach Park located a block away to your north or the Honoapiilani Beach Park located about 3 blocks to the South. Honoapi’ilani Beach Park is the start of the Ka'anapali Beach Board walk and it will lead you all the way to Whalers Village in Ka'anapali where you have shoping and restaurants!
