Gingerbread House-Paia/North Shore Beaches

Adorable two story one bedroom stand alone house less than a mile from the bohemian town of Paia, in the middle of all North Shore Beaches. The space THE GINGERBREAD HOUSE is a bright shiny A-frame structure with extremely high ceilings, stained glass windows, and skylights making it open and and airy, with AC and ceiling fans, nestled in a gigantic mango tree. We are located less than a mile away from the bohemian surf town of Paia, just off the Hana Highway shoreline road, and the house is smack in the middle of all the North Shore beaches. Perfect for romance, or sports vacations, or time with friends and family, with a very large marble bathroom and special jacuzzi hot tub. The second floor bedroom has a built in queen size bed with French doors that open up to a tree house feeling lanai. The main floor has a living area with a full size futon/couch, t.v. and a fully equipped kitchen. You can see the ocean from upstairs, but we do not call it a full ocean view, as there are large trees blocking some of the view. On the ground floor there is also a covered patio, with a large seating area, an outdoor grill, swinging chair, outdoor shower to remove the sand from your day at the beach and your own private parking area. The closest beach access is at Tavares, and Kuau point, both just 3 blocks away in either direction The neighborhood is quiet, and safe, with friendly neighbors that are kind, water sports kind of people who are quiet, concerned with the environment, and living in a healthy lifestyle.
