Beautiful condo in South Kihei. Close to Wailea and the beach is a 2 minute walk across the street. 1 bed/2 bath and full kitchen! The unit is not child friendly as it is on the 2nd floor. Guests will be required to abide by this. Maui Banyan is located in S. Kihei close to great restaurants. Book now for 2026! Whale watching season- dates available! Our unit is fully self contained (concrete walls on the sides and between floors). Some units are part of a 2 bedroom, with only a door separating both sides. Read listings carefully. 1 bedroom with Beauty rest King size bed and 2 full bathrooms, complete full kitchen unit with an expanded lanai. Open floor plan with quiet split AC in the living room and bedroom. Hard surface flooring throughout! The bedroom and living room are separated by 2 French pocket doors. Free WiFi! Curved 55 inch TV. New paint, sofa and state of the art AC system completed recently! A starter kit containing 2 rolls TP, laundry and dishwasher pods, trash bags, sponge, small conditioning shampoo and a small bar of soap will be provided. Please note additional information in our house manual. Other things to note Please book from one end or the other when you see an opening on my calendar, so I’m not left with unrentable nights.
