Join locals and visitors alike to view the spectacular sunsets on Maui’s south side! The space This spacious, end/corner unit comes fully furnished for relaxing vacation. Its third-floor location in the 2nd building affords lovely breezes and a partial ocean view! Fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer in unit, new air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, TV, cable, wifi. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the sofa in the the living room can be converted in a sofa sleeper. The unit comes equipped with beach items, including beach towels, beach chairs, and an umbrella. Enjoy morning coffee and evening happy hour on the private, covered lanai. Guest access - Maui Vista offers 3 swimming pools, 6 tennis courts and BBQ's with outside dining areas. Other things to note - Free parking for the 1st car and $20 for the 2nd car. - Located in the 2nd building. - Approximately 3-4 minute walk to the beach. - We provide beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels and a cooler. - No snorkel gear.
