The space Our condo is professionally cleaned and well-maintained, and we do our absolute best to resolve any issues quickly. That said, small things can come up—like a slow drain, internet outage, or other minor maintenance hiccup. The unit has a new AC unit 2025 but it could still go down, we try and fix within 24 hours. It is a cooler unit and with doors open and fans running the condo stay relatively cool without A/C. Hawaii is a tropical paradise... and that means tropical critters. We do quarterly, non-toxic pest control (which may happen during your stay)-first Friday of every month, but guests may still see pests like sugar ants or, very rarely, a cockroach—especially if patio doors are left open or if cardboard boxes (hello, Costco) make their way in.
