Tucked away on a private gated estate surrounded by the luscious foliage of Puna, this 1 bedroom duplex sleeps 4 adults. Master bedroom with a King size and a Queen size bed in an open area. It is the entire lower level of a duplex... we are very friendly long-time residents with vast knowledge of the Big Island and the 2018 eruption. We want to respect your privacy and make sure you have a great time. The space Cool and comfortable with a garden view out every window. Tile floors with area rug in Living Room. Kitchen provided everything needed to prepared meal. Full laundry area available at all hours. Dogs may stay on a case-by-case basis... PLEASE ASK US!! We are not able to accommodate cats. Around the house is a No Smoking area but you can smoke just pass the second garage. Guest access Guests will have their run of the entire lower apartment complete with full kitchen, high-speed wifi, 50-inch flat screen TV, comfortable beds, private lanai. Verizon customers have a cell tower in the community. The gardens are open to enjoy. Laundry area is in the second garage and available for use when ever you need it. Other things to note Please keep sliding doors closed to keep mosquitos out. No furniture may be removed or brought in. We would appreciate lights and anything electrical to be turn off when you leave. The full 1 acre of our property is fenced.
