My house sits on 1.4 acres 5 min from Leesville and 10 min to Fort Polk. It sits on a 1/2 mile long dead end gravel road with very little traffic. This location is private. Two sides of the property are bordered by forestry land. The home is set up specifically for Air B&B. It has all new bedding, mattresses, blinds, granite counters, paint, USB plug in lamps, and more. I have help locally. If you need special accommodations please let me know. I use a local cleaning service. The space The guest room/guest bathroom and the master suite are on opposite sides of the home providing privacy during group trips or downtime for parents traveling with children. The dining room, kitchen, and living room are center in the house and feature many comforts making your stay away from home cozy and relaxing. Guests can make use of the fitness equipment provided or opt to relax in the reading nook. Guest access Guests will have access to all of the living areas to include the kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry area, patio (fire pit and barbecue grill), and 1.4 acre yard. Other things to note There is an air purifier located in front of the return air filter for the home.
