In addition to the basics listed, enjoy leather furnishings, livingroom & bedroom TV's both with Amazon Fire Stick, dimmable recessed lighting throughout, Keurig, bathroom waterfall sink, super hi-speed private internet, BBQ, & off street lit parking. Apartment is less than a mile from Billings Clinic, St. Vincent's, MSU-B, YMCA gym, & downtown brewery district & 2 miles from airport. Min. 10 day stay required. My personal residence is across town from where the apartment is. I'm not right in your space, yet still am available quickly if needed. The apartment is in a cool building that has been divided into 3 separate sections; the apartment, an office, and a photo studio. A counseling office occupies the office space and the photo studio is not actively being used. The apartment has its own separate entrance and parking is in the the building's parking lot adjacent to the apartment's entrance. There is a 24 hour video monitoring system of the building and its parking lot for peace of mind. During winter months, the lot is plowed. Outdoor plug-ins are also available for engine block heaters. The apartment has an assigned suite # & a mailbox with keyed lock so you can have mail sent directly to you. It's on its own heating & A/C system controlled by you. There is also a fenced backyard patio complete with BBQ grill and patio furniture for your enjoyment, too! Apartment, Private Utility/Laundry Room, & Fenced Patio The apartment is your personal space and your home while you are in Billings. First and foremost, I will always treat it as such and respect your privacy. The neighborhood where the apartment is located includes a mix of both residential and commercial places. Commercial properties are mostly offices. The location is fabulous. It's only a 10 minute walk (5 minute bike ride or 2 minute drive) from the heart of downtown which has many events, activities, shopping, shows, nightlife, dining, and more. Billings has the largest medical center between Denver, Spokane, and Minneapolis & the apartment is located within less than a mile from both St Vincent & Billings Clinic. It's location on Grand Ave. provides immediate access to go to Billings' downtown, heights, west end, the interstate, and the international airport. Billings has a public transit system, local cab services, Uber, and Lyft. Any booking 100 days or more will receive a 10% discount for the entire length of the stay
