Second Floor Seaside Getaway

Our comfortable 2 bedroom, 1 bath perfectly sleeps 4+ people and has a large common space. House includes a newly constructed full kitchen with granite countertops and new floors throughout the house. There is also a private attached deck, as the unit is the complete second floor of a house. Please note there is construction on the property two doors down. The space Located 2.5 blocks from the beach, 2 blocks from Barnaget Bay, and 2 blocks from Acme Supermarket. The house has been completely remodeled with new appliances in a brand new kitchen, brand new floors, and a fresh coat of paint! Sleeps 4 people comfortably; there are 2 bedrooms with 1-2 beds in each room and a couch in the common space. Additionally, we allow for one vehicle to park in our shared driveway for this unit - if you find a shared driveway inconvenient, there is also free street parking on our block. Depending on the day and size of other vehicles, parking in the driveway is not always guaranteed. Guest access Guests will have full access to the entire upper floor of the house (private outdoor entrance way) including a parking spot in the driveway. Sheets and beddings are included - you may also bring your own if you wish. We do not provide beach/shower towels. Other things to note **Fully refundable security deposit: $700 regardless of length of stay. This must be paid within 48 hours of booking to secure reservation. Pending no issues, it will be refunded within 48 hours of checkout to guest.** As per town ordinances, Seaside Heights does not allow anyone under the age of 21 to rent the home between April 1-June 30. There is a fine if the person who booked the home does not stay there for the duration of the trip. Ring cameras and security does monitor and enforce this rule. No exemptions. While smoking is not permitted in the house, it is allowed outside and on our back fenced-in patio. Pets are not allowed. We only provide an initial supply of essentials (I.e, paper towels, toilet paper, soap, etc.) upon move in regardless of length of stay. Guest are expected to respect the house and follow trash/recycling instructions.
