The Windsurfer Cottage- by Kailua Beach

The brand new Windsurfer Cottage is a stand alone and private cottage located 100 yards from beautiful Kailua Beach on the windward side of Oahu. Construction completed November 2017. It is landscaped in true Hawaiiana-style. Palm trees, plumeria trees, breadfruit trees, and bamboo surround the cottage. The covered lanai and small yard create a peaceful and private setting. With close proximity to the beach and restaurants, the location is perfect for those that do not want to drive. The space The large covered lanai flowing out from the bistro style kitchen creates the setting for amazing family moments following a fun day of play in the surf of Kailua Bay. Indoor/outdoor living at its best. Elevated ceilings, cool travertine flooring and refinished concrete floors keep the cottage nice and cool year round. Custom Balinese standing closet, custom kitchen cabinetry, granits stone counter top, Mango wood island with Ohia branch stumps. Along with the full refirgerator/freezer and gas oven and stove top, enjoy cooking all your meals in comfort and style. Brand new washer and dryer in covered space in back yard. The full day bed couch in the living room sleeps two small children and one adult comfortably, so the cottage does work for a family of 5-6 people. Just keep in mind there is just one bathroom. You will shower in great comfort in the large walk in shower tiled in travertine. We can provide more information with your inquiry. Guest access There is a spot for guests in our large "off street" parking lot. The cottage entrance is behind a redwood fence at the back of the parking area. The cottage boasts an open entry way with large covered lanai and medium sized private yard. Other things to note The cottage is stand alone and private complete with outdoor lanai and private garden back yard. It is connected to the garage/studio office. Completely private entrance.
