The rooms have louvered windows (with screens) that allow breezes to pass through. Ceiling fans in every room and also out on lanai. A/C in living room if necessary. Kitchen fully equipped for all your cooking needs if you choose to do so. Large bedroom with comfortable queen bed. Novafoam 3" memory mattress topper that keeps you cooler when sleeping and adds luxurious cushioning. Walk in shower. Ceiling fans in every room, and on the lanai. Decorated with some original vintage hawaiian art and tropical decor adds to the appeal. TV, Free WIFI. Fully stocked library of movies to view, games and books. There's little need for our A/C with the wonderful tropical breezes in Maalaea. Open windows best to hear the sounds of the ocean out front. All louvered windows are screened. Small beach in front of building to easily view turtles swim close. A short walk takes you to a 3 mile long pristine white sand beach. The Kealia Pond National Wildlife Refuge is nearby with a walking trail through it. Maui Ocean Aquarium is down the street. Maalaea Harbor for ocean excursions is also walking distance. The backside of our building has the West Maui Mountains in full view. 2 Gas BBQ's poolside with outdoor tables and a covered cabana. Lobby has a waterfall pond with Koi fish. Colorful gardens and flowers around building and pool. We have binoculars for viewing the whales (when in season) and sea turtles are year round, not to mention some of the best surfers right out front when wave conditions are just right. Beach chairs and towels, small cooler, umbrella, and snorkel gear provided. Starter kit of T.P., paper towels, laundry detergent, dish soap. Guest Replenish as necessary. Guests need their own shampoo and personal essentials. Hair dryer provided. Inside condo is a guest book with a lot of important information during your stay, including our favorite restaurants and sights to see. Guest access Keyless door lock entry to condo. Perfect for late night arrivals. Check Out by 11:00 A.M. is strictly enforced. Rates subject to change until confirmed. Nightly rate includes 17.40% Hawaii General Excise and Transient Accomodations Tax. A small starter supply of essentials are provided. Toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry soap, trash can liners. These will need to be replenished by guest depending on length of stay as needed. Guests are responsible for shampoo and other personal items. Hair dryer provided. There is not daily maid service.
