Bed and breakfast in Hana

Room 7 is a private room which has a queen bed, a full (double) bed and a bunkbed (single bed over a single bed). Ideal for 2 to 4 adult people, and up to another 2 children. Room 7 has an ensuite bathroom inside the room and a large ocean view private patio. The space This listing is for room 7, located upstairs, and is one of thee rooms featuring views of Hana Bay. This is our largest room with a large bay-view deck. Sleeping up to 4 adults comfortably, and twin size bunkbeds for up to 2 children. The suite is ideal for larger groups looking to share a space. Base price is for up to 4 people. Add in kids as needed. For more people consider rooms 6, or 8. TAXES, fees and all costs are included in the AirBnB pricing. Hana Inn (formerly Joe's Place) has 8 private bedrooms. Only your group in your room and bathroom, unlike hostel style. Breakfast: Self service breakfast in common kitchen: we have a large fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric tea pot, oatmeal, coffee, creamer powder, sugar, tea, hot chocolate, plates, bowls, cups and silverware for you. Plus a mini fridge in each room. We work very hard to keep the place as clean as possible, and as comfortable as possible, with very reasonable rates for Maui in general and especially Hana. The Downstairs has 3 rooms- Rooms 1 and 2 have private/exclusive use bathrooms across the hall from the rooms. Room 3 has an ensuite bathroom inside the room. Each of these rooms have a double bed and a single bed. The Upstairs has 5 rooms- Room 4 (like 1, 2 and 3 downstairs) has a double and a single bed and an ensuite bathroom inside the room. Rooms 5, 6 and have private bathrooms across the shared hall for your exclusive use and ocean views. Room 7 has an ensuite bathroom inside the room and ocean views from a private lanai exclusive to room 7 only. Room 8 has its own ensuite bathroom inside the room. None of our rooms have AC nor TVs as is common at many places on our side of the island. We do have free high speed internet for your Netflix/ etc. enabled devices. We also offer free parking. Guest access Out door patio/common areas for lounging. We are self check in, although there is almost always a manager on site to answer questions. On the front porch/entry is a white board with room assignments, each with your name and room number. You will receive an email with your electronic lock access. Please use the chalk, and put a check-mark next to your name when you arrive. “√” We are keyless entry using an electronic keypad. Please take a photo of the door code on the back of the door, and the little lever on the back/inside will lock/unlock the door as you desire. Rooms 1-3 are downstairs, and enter through the living room door at the porch. Rooms 4-8 are upstairs, and the stairway is right next to living room door, on the left. Room 8 is accessed only from exterior stairs. If you have any questions, there is a doorbell on the front porch, and if we are on the property will respond right away. Mahalo! Gabby, Poe, Melissa, Bear and family During your stay Usually a manager is on site. Other things to note Our downstairs rooms 1, 2 and 3 are the economy rooms. They are cozy, and affordable. If you have 3 people and need more space, Room 4 upstairs is larger than 1, 2 or 3, with a mountain view, private sitting room and a small deck. Rooms 5, 6 (Hana Bay View) and 8 are ideal for couples. Hana Bay View Room 7 is ideal for 3-6 people with it's own private deck. Note that for rooms that sleep more than 2 guests pricing varies based on the number of people. All bathrooms are private with some rooms ensuite. 3, 4, 7 & 8 have an Ensuite bathroom. 1, 2, 5 & 6 have a PRIVATE bath accross the hallway. We are a BnB offering a self serve light breakfast in our downstairs shared kitchen of instant oatmeal, coffee, tea, powdered creamer, sugar and hot chocolate. Also in our shared guest kitchen we offer plates, bowls, cups, silverware, a large fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and an electric tea pot for your use. The Hana Maui Resort serves breakfast and there may be food trucks that serve breakfast 2-3 minutes driving time - or a 12 minute walk from Hana Inn.
