Living room couch pulls out into a queen bed. Bedroom door closes off from the living room making it private from the pull out couch bed in the living room. Kitchen is equipped with a mid size refrigerator and all the cooking tools needed for making your favorite meals. Two induction hot plate and large toaster oven and microwave, slow cooker, baking utensils. Beach towels, chairs, umbrella and some kid toys included. Pack n Pay upon request or bed bumper for co-sleeping. Couch in the livingroom doubles as a daybed and is twin size.
