Ocean view studio with awesome balcony just minutes walk to the famous Waikiki Beach. Renovated bathroom with Toto Washlet system. Queen size hybrid bed with coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave. Brand new split AC. Interior of unit is small but there's a private balcony with awesome ocean views. It's hard to get a nice ocean view in Waikiki for this price! Location is in central Waikiki, only a minutes walk to the beach. The space Ocean view. Nice private lanai (balcony). Awesome location. Other things to note Interior of unit is small so not suited for people that do not like small spaces. However room is like a nice hotel room with the fraction of the price of a hotel. Good place to use as a base as you explore the beach and the island. Our unit was featured as 1 of the “8 incredible Honolulu Airbnb’s for Every Style and Budget” from the “Points Guy”, “11 Best Airbnb Oahu Rentals” from “Kanani”, and “15 Best Airbnbs in Honolulu, HI” from “Road Affair”. Check in time is 3pm. Check out time is 11am. We will do our best to be flexible, however early check in and late check out is usually not available due to the full time we need to prepare the room in between guests. We highly recommend booking another day if the early check in or late check out is important to you. Please note that our unit is not set up for quarantine of any kind. Also our building requires you to register with security after checking in. A picture ID will be required. Please note that we do not replenish sheets or towels during your stay. We will provide 4 set of towels for your stay. Please note that we have a “strict” cancellation policy. We highly recommend getting travel insurance in case of unforeseen circumstances. Please note that our unit does not come with parking. Parking is difficult to find in this area. Our unit is not recommended for guests that require parking.
