Custom Greek marble shower offers rain bath/massager. Secure parking inside gate, host family lives upstairs. All risks and liability is on guest. Large bedroom with walk in closet, and sliding glass door to outside, leads to gate and the beach. Living room has A/C Kitchen has eat in nook. High ceilings make this 900 sq foot cottage very spacious and airy. Bathroom is huge and custom, with a pocket door close to entry. We have a gated secure property, two codes will be given for pedestrian gates. Also an automatic driving gate to park your vehicle inside, a clicker will be offered upon arrival. Keys for the cottage will also be provided, $50 replacement fee for lost keys/automatic gate clicker Generally private with limited interactions. Always responsive to requests, inquiries with in 24 hours Beautiful beach loop, safe and friendly neighborhood. Still be aware of your surroundings and exercise caution as a tourist/guest Bus stop, biking, walking distance to neighborhood to shops, beach and local eateries. The property is family friendly, however I did not install child safety measures. Due diligence on parents/guests part to ensure safety of your party is on guest. There are bikes, other children's toys and workout equipment guests are welcome to use. All responsibility and liability is on the guests not the host. The floor of the cottage is polished/stained concrete. While the floor stays cool it is hard and could be slippery when wet. Be mindful of your own safety.
