The winter nightly price reflects access to only the half bath. The space This is an oversized studio retreat with a king sized bed outfitted with luxury linens. A smart television and plenty of extra plush seating. There is a kitchenette with a sink, keurig coffee maker, microwave, toaster and small refrigerator. There is also a propane grill available with a cooking burner. All the dishes, utensils, platters, cutting boards etc. you could need. The outdoor shower is the only shower available and once the temperature falls below freezing it is winterized. There is a private half bath within the space. The winter rate reflects access to only the half bath in the winter. Other things to note The outdoor shower will be winterized once the temps drop to freezing. Therefore, there will only be use of the half bath during the winter months. All other amenities are the same including use of the hot tub.
