Guest access Guests have access to a pool, hot tubs, shops, movie rentals, concierge service and barbecue areas. The resort is also located right next to a golf destination for many visiting princeville, the "Makai Golf Course"! Other things to note These condos are operated by Wyndham, you will be a guest of the owner of the timeshare and have a Guest Confirmation. The name on the confirmation must be the person checking in and must at least 21 years old. Once this name has been added, it cannot be changed without an additional fee. There are additional fees/taxes collected at check out that come to roughly $15 per night. You need to have a major credit card and driver's license to check in ($150 deposit will be put on hold and released when you check out), but nothing will be charged to it unless you make long distance calls or personally charge something to your room. I will need a name and address to put on the reservation. You will most likely be invited to a timeshare presentation at some point, but you are by no means required to accept.
