Cozy 17’ Camp Trailer w/ 10’x18’ addition

This is a humble , older camp trailer with a covered and enclosed large pAtio surrounded by nature and wonderful views. Enjoy sipping an evening drink while sitting by the patio wood burner. It is fairly rustic with the basics but no running water except in the communal shower house about a hundred feet away. The owners furnish drinking water. Hardy outdoor types will especially enjoy it and its uniqueness. If it is cold bring awarm sleeping bag and firewood. firewood for sale there Guest access Communal spaces are :the shower/toilet house, the Hacienda or 26 x 26 concrete slab, the fire pit area and nearby seating and smoking area and the stream nearby as well as our land when used at your own risk. No overnight guest of yours unless you have our permission Other things to note This place is like a forest service cabin with amenities like electricity and a shower house that is communal but can be locked for privacy. we furnish some propane for heater but if it runs out guest will need to buy another 20 lb tank ( $20 @ walmart) or small bottle for approx $6 per propane bottle. Other than a small amount of firewood we offer for a fire or two, we require our guest to purchase their own bundles of firewood in the convenience and gas stations or you can gather some dead wood around the place from old slash piles. Please be aware you do so at your own risk. We have an ax and hatchet there but you may want to bring your own chopping gear . We furnish drinking water but the gravity feed water is fine for washing and cleaning. our system is a gravity feed which does not have a lot of pressure and not for drinking The surrounding mountains are beautiful and botanical garden and Hot Springs nearby. There is a small stream right out the door and we are only 18 miles to Helena Montana or 45 miles to Butte Montana. Lots of places to hike in the Elkhorn’ mountains. No hunting allowed on our land .Pets are not allowed to run free without owners or be left unattended in trailer. Can’t beat the placid peace and lovely view of the Elkhorn’s!
