Full kitchen, dining room, living room. Feel free to spread out and make yourself at home in this spacious blissful one bedroom with a king sized bed. The space 2 blocks from The Bix! The apartment is in the Historic Village of East Davenport. It’s within walking distance (2 blocks) to restaurants, bars, shops, and salons. There is a bike path that is accessible 5 blocks from the house. You’ll have your own apartment with a bedroom, bathroom, dining room, living room, and kitchen. There is also a beautiful view of the Mississippi River outside the kitchen windows. It’s perfect for one person, a couple or small group or family. You’ll have a private entrance to the apartment in the back of the house. There’s a sidewalk that starts at the street and leads you to the back door. There is one king sized bed, a couch, and 3 twin futons that can be set up for sleeping. I have included a couch, coffee table, small dining table, desk, a few chairs, a fully functional kitchen, and a washer/dryer. Help yourself to coffee or tea provided. There is a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric tea kettle, dishes, and pots and pans. Clean sheets and towels provided as well as everything you need and more for a super functional cozy stay. There are large sliding doors that create separation for individual rooms. They are very loud and are disturbing to the rest of the house. Please do not use them late at night. The space works best for those who do not require privacy from each other. Guest access You’ll have the entire lower unit of a duplex to yourself with a private entrance. Other things to note There are train tracks nearby and you will hear trains especially in the morning. The bathroom has been recently renovated, but It is an old house and has many quirks, however if you’re looking for charm, this is your spot. The house next door is in poor condition, due to my neighbors lack of taking care of it. The rest of the neighborhood is lovely and rapidly improving. This house does not reflect the state of the rest of the neighborhood. I’ve lived here for 7 years with no issue and enjoy a safe, quiet friendly environment.
