In Downtown Kihei AND across the street from the sand! The world famous Kihei beaches are literally at your backyard! Everything is literally within walking distance! Entire place with free parking! 1 min walking distance to beach, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, post office and also night market (last Friday night every month) ! 30 min to Lahaina, 15 min to Wailea, and 15 min to Kahului where airport, Costco, Target and Walmart is at. The space AC in the living room and AC in the bedroom! On the first floor with outdoor patio! Our place is fully remodeled! With a brand new 50 inch Smart TV! Everything is new! It comes a High End Stainless Steel full kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, full size fridge, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker. We included dishes, glasses, mugs, utensils, cookware, pots and pans, bakeware, mixing bowls, knives, cutting board...etc. a full kitchen ware for your convenience. We also have Wifi and a double shower head shower. The bed is a Cal King Bed. And the Living Room sofa bed is a Queen size bed. We have provided BBQ tools and outdoor plates and cups for you to enjoy BBQ in the backyard by the ocean. We also provide hair dryer, iron & ironing board, towels, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, dish soap, and even laundry detergent! We also have beach towels, and beach chairs for you. It is our hope that you spend as much time on the beach as possible and not spend your time or money on these conveniences! A complete vacation package! (Please know we do not provide any consumables. our insurance does not cover the liability. So please bring your own spices and oil). (Please know for beach essentials, we do not provide beach blanket or snorkel gears due to sanitization rules). Guest access You will be auto-check-in because we will give you a code when you are ready to arrive for the digital door lock. There is also a large pool and jacuzzi on site. So you have the option of swimming in the ocean across the street or in the pool and jacuzzi! There are BBQ Grills for you to use. There is also big garden/grass area for you to enjoy! Other things to note - Per our Hawaiian custom, please remove your shoes upon entering indoor. Much Mahalo! - For recycle bottles, please put them in a bag in the kitchen so the Cleaner can take it away. There is no recycle pick up on Maui. It has to be a drop off. - Checking in time is after 3PM and Check out time is before 11AM We can try to accommodate an earlier check in or a later check out ONLY if there is no bookings before and/or after your booking. When there is booking before and/or after, there is only 4 hours of window for the cleaner to come and clean the place. The cleaner does not live in the building. - Please DO NOT use the white towels as cleaning rags. We have lost about 10 of them due to guests using our towels as rags in the past 3 months. We do not like charging our guests with anything that is damaged. So, please help us to keep the place economical for everyone. Please use the paper towel provided to clean. If need be, please use the beach towels provided. - Beach essentials provided will be beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler, any other beach equipment inside the unit were left behind from other guests.
