The three bedrooms are to your right. I purposely got a place with this layout so those who want to stay up late can have fun without disturbing anyone's sleep. Also, the bedrooms give guests privacy and quiet places. Families like this because the adults kick back after a day with the children, and the children get a decent night's sleep. Note that there are two queen beds, twin bunks and a futon for one adult or two children. A living room couch also unfolds into a bed. There's a laundry room (washer and dryer), a bathroom off the main bedroom, and a hall bathroom. The two balconies are bonuses - letting you enjoy being outside without leaving the condo! Large groups have enough space to be comfortable. This condo is perfect for families. Guest access I will share access codes with renters. Other things to note I do all I can to make my guests' stay perfect - leaving essentials (paper towels, napkins, tp, soap, toiletries, coffee filters, etc.) along with bedding, beach and bath towels, and beach toys and chairs. Around the corner, there's a Dollar General so you're close to anything you need. Plus, I'm always just a call or text away. Other owners in the building are very respectful and can be helpful to renters. I expect guests to be respectful, too. My condo is perfect for families and older groups. I don't allow groups younger than 30 years old. Anyone who misrepresents who will be at the condo or who is loud to the point of disturbing others will be immediately evicted.
