There is no AC, but heat can be controlled in the space. Ceiling fan and free standing fan in the space. House AC cools space below. You will need to walk on grass to access your entrance located in back of the house Only confirmed guests on the property, no overnight guest without permission. Not suitable for pets or children Antenna for local TV channels and TV has roku for streaming. Westfield WiFi is fiber optic, best there is. Parking is on the street unless we request be moved to driveway due to winter weather plowing. Trash pickup is Monday morning, trash bins located outside by back door.
