Guest will have their own private kitchenette with a Keurig, mini-fridge, and all kitchen appliances that allow you to cook if you are so inclined. To the right of the main home is a wood gate. This is where you will find the suite and its lanai. We have a beach umbrella, beach chairs, beach towels, snorkeling gear, an ice chest, and other outdoor items you are welcome to use at any time. We just ask that you return them the same as you found them. We live in the main house adjacent to the studio. We are here to help with any questions or needs you may have, and are just a text message or phone call away. We truly want you to enjoy your time here, so feel free to ask us any questions you have about beautiful Kailua. Cozy Kailua Rental is approximately 1 mile from world-renowned Kailua Beach Park and 1.5 miles from Kailua Town Center. We are also 0.5 miles from the Enchanted Lake Center shopping plaza, which houses a Safeway and assortment of restaurants and take-out venues. Cozy Kailua Rental is 0.3 miles from the Keolu Dr. + Iana St. bus stop, which services bus routes 57, 57A, and 87. If you choose to stay with us, please plan accordingly. Also, we live in a quiet cul-de-sac. So, we do ask that you drive slowly. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 7 AM and if you're coming home late or leaving early, please be courteous to those that may be sleeping when you're coming in and out.
