Located in Watertown Square, walking distance to Starbucks, CVS, shops and restaurants. Boston is minutes away. You’ll love our place because no one lives there now, it's absent of all the stuff you'd find in someone's home. This is a really nice, really clean, 1,300 SF suite with 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a sleeper sofa. The bus stop to Boston and Harvard Square is across the street, rapid transit takes you to all points in the city. Easy and close major highway access and free parking. The space Spread out in our 1,300 square foot place. Compare this size to others on AirBnb, you will not be cramped in our place! Two full private bedrooms, one has a king bed, the other a queen. There's a large living room with a sleeper sofa and we supply a roll away hotel style cot. Everything is washed prior to your arrival, all the beds are stripped of sheets and comforters and washed. We supply two full sets of white, crisp, clean bath towels for each bathroom. There's two full bathrooms, each with a shower. A fully applianced kitchen with place settings for six, pots, pans and cooking utensils. We supply a coffee maker and electric tea pot, along with coffee and tea. We also supply soaps, shampoo, toothpaste, mouthwash, lotion in each bath. There's central Air Conditioning for those hot summer nights and of course central heat. The lighting is plentiful, with dimmable LED ceiling lighting throughout the entire place, and when dimmed creating a very warm environment. There's private entry access from the sidewalk. The suite is on the second floor (not in a basement like some others) with nice views of the street below, lots of sun and many windows. There's even a small deck off the living room. There is free off street parking for a car, unfortunately, we cannot accommodate large Suburban size or very large size SUV’s. If you need space for more than 1 car, please let me know. Our place is minutes from Boston, Cambridge, Brookline, Newton the Charles River, I90, Cambridge’s Harvard Square and Harvard University, Boston College, Boston University, MIT, Northeastern, Bentley, Perkins School for the Blind, Commander’s Mansion, The Arsenal Project, athenahealth Campus, New Balance, WGBH, Mt Auburn Hospital, Tufts Health Plan, Bruins, Celtics and Red Sox, and Logan Airport. Tour the campus of historic Harvard University, window shop on Brattle Street, or visit the Harvard Museum of Natural History. Cross the Charles River into Boston and watch a baseball game in the shadow of the Green Monster at Fenway Park. Explore high-end stores, art galleries, and restaurants at Newbury Street. The Charles River is a block away, walk the river walk into Boston, or bring a kayak and paddle to the Ocean! Guest access The entire apartment, 1,300 square feet with free parking. Other things to note Pre-Covid 19 we were super clean, in fact we already cleaned at a level the way post Covid 19 recommendations suggest. All our bedding and linens, all of it, are brand new and everything thing is washed, comforter, bed sheets, towels, everything. The apartment is professional cleaned prior to your arrival. The apartment is on the second floor, which offers nice elevated views, there is a one flight stair case leading to the second floor apartment.
