Indeed, this is a truly unique property. The beach on 100th Street is a boogie boarding, rafting, body surfing, and swimming beach. Only a few beaches in Stone Harbor provide this combination. No young adult groups and no pets, please. We look for renters who treat our home as if it were their home. BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS, TOWELS, toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, and dish clothes. Blankets and pillows provided. Cleaning service at end of stay included. 50% is required with a signed lease. All balances must be paid in full 30 days prior to check-in.
