This property is a two story home that sits on Laie Point peninsula. Stunning views everywhere you turn! The lower story is the rental space with both bedrooms opening out to the lanai - pool - You wake up to gorgeous morning sun rises, with ocean sometimes aqua calm, and wintertime waves with ocean mist in the air! My husband & I own home (live upstairs) and we manage property so can guide you on anything you may need, or questions you have. Your space is completely private! The space Walking into the living room you will find it cool & cozy after a beach day! Kitchen area comes with everything you need to cook .... table for four; but most enjoy eating on picnic table outside on the lanai. The spaciousness comes into both bedrooms, as the large sliding doors open up to lanai, pool, and expansive ocean! There is a sensation of being on a ship, with the massive ocean and all the breezy trade-winds! People absolutely love this unique space at Laie Point. Guest access Private back yard, grassy area next to pool. There is a grill for your use. Loungers and rocking chairs with a few pool floaties. 4 beach towels or either pool or beach. There is a cozy lower deck too, that brings you slightly closer to ocean and is an amazing spot for morning coffee or tea or just to gaze out onto the blue ocean. You enjoy exclusive use of swimming pool and the whole back yard area. (pool is cleaned once a week, and will let you know the time of that) Other things to note There is a gate in front of our home that you will be given a clicker to enter. Polynesian Culture Center 5 min drive or 15 min walk BYU and Temple are within walking distance! Turtle Bay Resort is a wonderful place to visit for restaurants and horseback riding and all sorts of fun things. Music by the pool bar most evenings. The lobby is fun and gorgeous to hang out in.
