The space Koki Kottage offers island charm and relaxing serenity. There are no stairs to climb - entrance is on ground level. It is clean and relatively new. The setting is very private and the studio has its own private entrance, parking and private porch. Most of the year, you probably won't even need the fans. We are at 800 ft. elevation with the best year-round weather on the island. The ceiling fans keep it pleasant on summer days. In addition to the comfortable queen size bed, the queen sofa bed has a memory foam mattress, which makes it considerably more comfortable than the average sofa bed. It can accommodate up to 2 people. A full kitchen has a gas stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, coffee press and grinder, a microwave, toaster oven, blender, toaster and rice cooker. Washer/dryer on the back porch. Guests who have needed to work while they were here have said that it is a great setting to use your laptop inside or on the back porch. High speed internet and WiFi have been sufficient for their needs. The flat panel TV has a HDMI hook-up to connect with your computer. Guest access You may share our one acre property, affectionately called our "orchardette". So far we have lemon, lime, grapefruit, orange, tangerine, avocado, and guava trees, which you are welcome to pick, if they are ripe during your stay. A small washer and dryer are on the porch for your use. Other things to note Please let us know your estimated time of arrival, as soon as your plans are set. We make our best effort to be here when you arrive, to greet and orient you. Check-in and check-out times are flexible, just let us know your request. The main door has a keyless lock with a keypad.
