Enjoy the tropical ocean breezes, gorgeous sunsets and spinner dolphins from this absolute ocean front condo!! The building was built in 1960’s , find the charm & Aloha of Hawaii. This unit has lots to offer guests for a Hawaiian getaway. Easy access situated on the lower level adjacent to the Magic Sands Beach. Unit is tiled, has a fully stocked kitchen, ceiling fans and a flat screen TV. Beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, beach towels and snorkeling gear are provided for your enjoyment. The space If you want to just to take a quick swim in the ocean, just get your swimsuit on and walk a short distance to Magic Sands Beach! It's a great place to watch the locals boggy board too. Bring the beach chairs provided and enjoy watching the waves roll in. Guest access The studio condo is all yours! Move the bench chairs to the sliding glass doors to enjoy the sunset. You can stay in and cook your dinner on the BBQ by the pool. There are tables around the pool if you would like to eat there too! Other things to note Due to space limitations our hot water heater is rather small. Thus, take short showers or stagger showers to conserve the hot water.
