The upstairs is the main living space of the house and the downstairs garage is the bonus hang out area with ping pong and plenty of seating. The garage has French doors leading to a backyard patio with more table seating and an outdoor rinse off shower and grill. Guest access You will have access to our entire home during the summer season May-Sept. If staying with us in the off-season (winter months Oct-April) garage space may be limited or unavailable. Other things to note The safety and health of our tenants and their families is most important to us! We have added additional cleaning procedures in between bookings to ensure all surfaces and furniture is clean and ready for your arrival. Must be 25 years or older to rent. ** Fully refundable security deposit up to $750 depending on length of stay ** Renters are responsible for bringing their own linens.
