The space Welcome to a beautiful spacious house to enjoy during your stay. All bedrooms are located upstairs in the second floor. Each room queen or king size bed, ceiling fans, closet area, light fixtures and mirrors. Some bedrooms have a TV. and desks. Second floor has two bathrooms and a laundry room.. The first floor features a spacious living room A separate family room with a big TV screen , fire stick TV service, Netflix and a comfortable large sofa to watch your favorite shows. There is also a formal dining room siting to 8- 10 people(extra folding chairs will be provided ) The kitchen is very large with a small dining table to enjoy quick meals .It’s located by the big windows that looks over the backyard - dining set sits 4-6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped where you can enjoy preparing small or big family meals with no need to bring anything or shop. There is a cappuccino machine and capsules, a Coffee maker, instant coffee and Turkish coffee, As well as a variety of teas , sugar and sweeteners for your enjoyment free of charge. The freezer has an ice maker. The refrigerator has ice cold filtered water By the kitchen faucet there is a little faucet of instant boiling water, and Luke warm filtered water. Recycling bins are provided. Outdoors area includes a patio with sofas and tables, a dining table for 6-8 people, BBQ, fire pit and an extra sitting area in the corner. there is a small stream in the back which provides privacy in the back yard. In the summer you can enjoy the herbs garden featuring mint, oregano and basil and tomatoes. There is a safety camera " Ring" by the front entrance. Please note that there is a separate apartment in the basement and it’s occupied by a tenant. the apartment has a separate entrance with no access to the house. Guest access You have the entire house for your use, including front and back yards. No access to the garage and Basement. There is a baby grand piano and I ask you to please not touch it and the books that are behind it on the bookshelf. In the basement there is an apartment occupied by a tenant- it has its own separate entrance with no access to to your space at the house. Parking : there are two spots on right side of the driveway. An additional parking can be on the street in front of the house. Other things to note Please note that there is a separate apartment in the basement. It has a private entrance and no access to the house. You will have the entire house with all the bedrooms , bathrooms, living space( kitchen, living room family room and a beautiful backyard a private entrance and 2 parking spaces on the driveway for yourself only- no sharing. My tenant is quiet and private- and doesn’t interact with the guests nor has an access to the house.
