The first floor offers a spacious living room with fireplace, game table and cable TV. The dining room opens into a kitchen gleaming with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. For outdoor eating, the kitchen conveniently opens onto a private and nicely landscaped, bluestone patio with table/chairs/umbrella and BBQ grill. Around the corner is an enclosed private outdoor shower for a quick rinse after a sandy day at the beach. Sleeping arrangements offer three bedrooms and full bath/shower on the second floor.
