One bedroom downstairs with a king bed and 4 bedrooms are up stairs. 3 of the upstairs bedrooms have king beds and the last one has a tumbler bed (two twin beds). In addition to the living room, you have a game room or hang out area with a pool table for you to enjoy. There is a porch on the front and back yard also you have an outdoor patio outside of 3 of the upstairs rooms equipped with patio furniture for you to enjoy. Guest access To keep you safe and sound the house is secured by a locked remote gate. Guest will enter the house through the front gate door (which will be unlocked at arrival) You will have access into the house through a key pad lock on the door. The code will be given to you at check-in and changed at check-out. The outside of the house is secured with security cameras. Guest are allowed to unplug security cameras inside the house at check-in; however, we ask guest to please plug cameras back in before check-out. Other things to note There is an instruction/rule notebook located in the kitchen on the counter top. Please leave it there. The notebook covers rules of the house such as no smoking, no pets, no parties, etc. It also covers instructions for check-in and check-out. Registration Details Exempt
