Transient Accommodation Tax ID: TA-022-738-1248-01 The space Around 1,300 square feet of space, this master suite includes a 1.5 bathroom, full kitchen, living dining area and laundry room. The bedroom includes a incredibly comfortable California king size bed and there is a couch in the living area which can accommodate additional guests. Relax and cool off in the air-conditioning - or take in the incredible ocean view on the lanai watching the sun go down. The living space consists of a flat screen tv and a Chrome cast which makes it perfect for longer staying guest. Sheets, towels, and toilet paper are provided. Guests have access to free wifi, parking, beach gear (chairs, towels, umbrellas). (Please ask for beach gear once on the property). Guest access Guests will have access to the whole top floor of our house which is the master suite. Also included in the rental are beach chairs, beach towels, and cooler are available to guests for their beach days. I also offer special rates on rental cars if guests would like to use one. Other things to note Our master suite is great for longer stays with access to a full kitchen and laundry room!
