This home is a wonderful example of New England as its best! We are situated on a private beach and unlike a public beach is not consistently cleared of seaweed and shells. You have access to the public beach which is only a 5 minute walk from the house. Parking there is for residents with a beach sticker. We have worked very hard to keep the integrity of the traditional design, including the original pine paneling in the entire downstairs and hardwood floors throughout the home.
